I got a German Nazi youth camp Tambourine at estate auction good shape,Anyone know value of this item.?
It has wood frame ss patch or sticker in center very old,I heard it could be priceless to a true collector.
Being as you have a historical and a politically delicate item of interest, You will find some resilience and attempts to shame you for owning this piece.
It is a True Collector Piece because it is a historical document. Every time this type of historical item comes up for question on Answers I see a lot of people responding with anger. I understand why that emotion is stirred however we can not abolish history however unpleasant it may be.
I believe that we shouldn’t even attempt to do so as it can be turned into an invaluable learning experience of what not to do or ever become.

You can also go to a museum curator, often they are willing to help someone identify and establish the current market value as can a reputable curator of a fine Art gallery.
If need be,and you can take good clear photographs of the Tambourine go to http://photobucket.com/ or http://photobucket.com/ for free, and Up load and post the photographs to show to one of the following reputable appraisers, should they ask you to submit them on line.
