Can you golf in soccer cleats or turf shoes, not the ones with metal spikes, but hard rubber instead? I am…?
..too cheap to spend 50 or more bucks on a real pair of golf shoes, since I only golf 1-2 times a year, but the soccer cleats they sell at Wal Mart look like they’ve got good bite to them, and they’re $20.
I recommend just playing in running/tennis shoes or whatever. I always play in running shoes, and I swing hard, and I’ve never had a problem with slipping, even on wet grass. Unless you’re really really good I guess, you don’t really need to play in cleats at all.
