Track Spikes

Track spikes are shoes used at most athletics. These shoes with small spikes screwed into their bottom, or adding the plate to maximize traction (and therefore performance) when running, throwing or jump.

<A href = " http://www.himfr.com/buy-Checked_Shirt/ "> Checked Shirt </ a> to the forefoot, there are usually 3 to 11 holes threaded where the points can be screwed using a spike wrench. There are usually no spikes near the heel, except for high jump height and shoes javelin. Some shoes have permanent or "fixed" spikes.

Although all athletic footwear containing spiked soles are referred to as "track spikes", there are differences between sprinting, distance running, and racing shoes field. Sprint spikes generally have more support, and more rigid, more aggressive edge plate. They are often built minimalist, with as few and thus weight possible. Some zip-up covers for laces, to improve aerodynamics. Distance points are more relaxed plate, more heel support, and contain less advanced points. They are both built for the support they are for speed. shoes on the ground are very different, with each shoe configured to meet the requirements of the event.

Most of the peaks have the tip of the shoe up, do not touch the ground. This is so-called "cone" and is designed to make the runner run on their toes to run faster. The more aggressive a shoe is, the stronger the cone. Sprint spikes are generally more aggressive, with the shoes less aggressive than the distance of the race which are intended to increase. Marathons for example, are managed in apartments racing, with no taper.

Notable manufacturers advanced including Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Mizuno, Saucony, Reebok, Asics, Puma AG and New Balance.

The tips of the shoe are of variable size. While most are between 3 mm (3 / 16 in.) 12mm (half inch), with the most common being 6 mm (1 / 4 in), there are a number of lengths of specialty and small "white" points used to cover a spike hole. The three main types of spikes are the pyramid, the needle (or PIN), and the compression level (or Christmas tree) ear. Pyramids of conical tips which taper to a sharp point. They normally have a maximum diameter approximately equal to the diameter of the son of the head. Needles also have sharp points, but a thinner cone diameter. The goal of both is to enter the track surface and so derive its traction its position. Alternative alternative routes for synthesis is the spike Christmas tree. It uses a cone with a flat end terrace for, instead of penetrating, compress the track below him on impact, and use force to react the way energy is returned to the wheel, increasing speed. It also reduces the damage in case of "doping" or the points of contact with another rider. Spikes also come in steel or ceramic varieties and several colors (or unpainted).
