How can I get good at play american football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, skateboarding and softball?
Can someone give me a practice routine for each sports so I can do everyday
For volleyball, work on your hand-eye coordination. CHoose a random object for the target while being in ready position and pull out that platform and point to the target. (make sure you drop your outside shoulder) If you have a volleyball, practice bumping by wall-sitting against a wall and bumping to yourself without moving your body much. Setting, set against the wall. Hitting, hit the volleyball straight down and have it bounce off the floor, hit wall, then come back to you. That helps with controling your hitting. Hope this helps.
