Pitch Fastpitch

What r some drills i can do to practice fastpitch softball pitching?
i want to know drills that i can do by myself with out a net or a fence or a person.I already know about putting ur arm on ur leg and then throwing the ball straight up in the air, but does n e one no n e more? sry if this sounds confusing
i totally get it.
go on youtube and there’s this one guy who is showing alot of warmups and drills and stuff with Cat Osterman (amazing.) here’s one (maybe…) just stand up or crouch or whatever and then put your hands up above your head with the ball in the glove and bring both your hands down and flick the ball in the glove. you get it?? if not well just reply and i’ll try to explain it more in depth. :] hope this helps!! but yeah, definitely check youtube. there’s tons of stuff. check out a sporting goods store, because they have pitchback things with springs that throw the ball right back to you. they can range in price from $20- $70 probably. but yeah good luck!!
