Who thinks the 2007 Philadelphia Phillies was one of the greatest preformaces in MLB history?
Or maybe even the greatest comback…?
I am arguably the biggest Phillies Fan on this website, but I don’t know that i could say the 2007 Phillies had one of the greatest performances, ONLY because it was a season long performance, even though i loved this past season more than anything. I do agree, however, 150%, that they had the greatest comeback in MLB history. From All star Break until October [when they crashed and burned, haha] the Phillies were a force to be reckoned with and had only one goal in mind, POSTSEASON. and i think, having been 40-40 or something then, being able to come back and start their winning streak against the Mets, which continues at 8 games? i believe so. Had the Phillies been playing the way they had the second half in the first half, it would have been one of the greatest performances in MLB history, its a shame this happened. I am so excited for Phillies 2008!!!
