Stay at home/working mom needs advice!?
I am 33 years old, married and we have a three year old beautiful little girl. I am a stay at home mom, my daughter doesnt attend preschool but she does take a few classes, spanish, ballet, etc. My question is I feel like I can never save money or keep up with the housework in my house. I just bought organizers for my daughters room and she helps me clean up occasionally but man I feel like a hamster in a wheel going round and round. My husband thinks the house looks like just as it just but trust me it is just not clean enough. I thought about getting a maid but they are expensive. I work from 3pm to 2am Monday-Saturdays I have Wednesday and Sundays off but I really need some help to feel caught up. Thanks in advance
Hubby needs to pitch in! Even if he had one 15 minute job a day — clear off the table, load the dish washer, vacuum, fold/put away clothes, etc.
Commit yourself to 30 minutes each day — I would suggest when you get home from work as your daughter is sleeping and you can get a lot more done in a little time. Make yourself a schedule like, Monday is dusting, Tuesday is floors, Wednesday is bathroom, etc.
Spend time on Sunday afternoon with your daughter cleaning her room, play around first having mommy/daughter time first.
