I want to start drinking water … but would it be …?
I am horrible drinking water, and I want to start because I know how it is healthy and good for your skin .. etc. But is it the same if I put the crystal-lite in a pot and drank throughout the day? I mean, because water is still there, would I still receive all the benefits that I would if I drank the water now?
