How do you pitch on MLB 08 The Show?
I have two issues:
1) With the pitching bar, I don’t understand where I’m supposed to click it to determine speed. And it often seems as though if I pick a slider, it doesn’t bend sometimes and doesn’t end up where I think it will.
2) When you see the ball on the screen that helps you decide where you want to place the pitch, does the ball represent where it hits the glove or where it will break?
1. After selecting your pitch and location, you have to tap X once to start the pitching meter, again at the end of the meter to select speed (the farther, the faster it will be), and again at the line. The closer you get to the line on the meter’s way back, the more accurate your pitch will be. This is probably the most important part.
2. The ball on the screen shows you were your pitch will begin. You need to take into consideration the direction your chosen pitch will break and place the pitch so it breaks where you want it.
