I read a review steam mops for several months and finally bought the SC3501 Pocket Shark mop. The first time striped wooden floors. I wanted to go, but it was suggested to try a second time, which is the ability to remove the accumulation of chemicals. Much better, steaking minimum. The third time, without streaks. Now leaves the trees look great! I found that works best on deciduous trees purple duster. It works very well congoleum plan. dizzy Triangle perfect for the toilet and corners. Utility plan had a lot to build that regular cleaners can not remove. I have dealt with Clorox cleaning, then use the steam. He broke the training easily. I also discovered that fun to use. I love it.

I am a full time Wife, Mother and Marine. I have very little time to do anything, let alone clean. I have a baby son and he is now crawling. No matter how many times I bleached the floors(3x a week), my son would still get dirty knees. I got upset and looked at steam cleaners online. I used this and WOW. Every little bit of everything came off my floor, it was easy to use, dried quickly and I am just amazed at how squeaky clean my sons knees are! I had carrots that just did not want to come up normally, come up just fine and it was so nice to have that feeling of cleanliness. This steam cleaner is expensive, but it is worth it. I am done spending so much money on the swiffer and other useless mops! My notion: Get one and get on with the spending your time with the ones you care about most!
Beware Customer Service
I received the Shark S3501 a few month ago, and it worked well. I wish that you didn’t have to pump the handle to get the steam to the end of the mop – a trigger would have been a lot easier to use.
In any case, after about 8 uses, the top of the handle completely broke off, with no real way to fix it. I contacted Euro-Pro customer service and was told that the company “does not warranty their products against defects.” Huh? I was told that it would cost me $29.95 plus shipping to get a new handle. Did I want to put that charge on my Visa or MasterCard? I told them I would be reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau and would be writing negative reviews on the internet. All of a sudden, they would be happy to send out a replacement handle free of charge.
Seems that this company’s customer service representatives are trained to get as much money out of the customer as possible. If they are challenged, only then will they honor their warranty.

I have a 2 year old son, 2 dogs and a mild case of OCD when it comes to clean floors. This mop is so easy and efficient that I don’t worry about what my son spills on the floors. I use it on tile, vinyl, and wood flooring. I’ve a ton of money on cleaning products and I can walk barefoot through my house and FEEL the difference. There is an attachment that lets you run it over carpet, to steam the carpets and get out pet odors, that is a really big added bonus. It takes less time and money than a traditional mop, and works much better!
