Softball? help with equipment?
I start Monday fastball What equipment do I need? heres a list of what im thinking that I need to add or remove stuff please: equipment-bag gloves batting gloves Holds-BAT-helmet (alreade have) shoes tennis, shin guards, throat guards, knee-pads practice Clothing slip-sliding shorts, sunglasses * any other information or advice appreciated thxs!
I do not see a lot of shin guards or knee more. The sliding PAD should. Nothing wrong with throwing them in the bag, but I doubt that you need it. The only thing I see missing is a bottle of water and oil glovebox. I usually only in an outer pocket. Make sure the bats using ASA is certified for use. Some were outlawed because the grade of compression is too high. They try to reduce the speed of trampoline ball off the bat. If it is a new bat, you're probably fine. Any which store Athletics good can you say.
