How to hit a baseball?
Hi, I'm 17 years old can hit a baseball 250 feet. A home run in our area is about 300 meters, so I'm going for 50 feet. I weigh about 180 pounds and has a moderate resistance, I wondered what muscles must be built to hit the ball farther? I bench 110 and curl about 25's? no training tips thanks:)
No lift to which you refer to the target groups muscle that is used for hitting a baseball. You should focus on brute force, mainly, but also need the strength in its core (back, abdominal, chest and shoulders) to generate a powerful swing. And do not forget your legs! Having deeply much of a driving force.
