Baseball blows Why my schedule is very late?
After the summer season is I took a break from baseball and Recently, when I went to the batting cages my timing was way to go. everything is good except that I was late on the ball, the ball hit the bottom of the bat. I'm always in the batting cages, so how can I fix my timing? I am also much stronger if the bat feels really light
your timing is off because you took time off. Working to get your front foot down or get early set and letting the ball get deep. Emphasize hit the inner half of the upper ball and the lead until middle and opposite field. Stay with her and she will come around. I play college football and is still the case after taking time off. Good luck.
