Backstop Screen

Republish with the diagram, please help with geometry?
It is composed of two right angles, as shown below. The net spread of 24 feet 8 inches in each direction and the center pole is 6.5 meters high. All parties to the net, including support and post Central should be made of aluminum tubes. (Do not count the central post twice) How many feet of pipe of the team should buy? How many square feet of net must be covered by a screen? Please show work so I can understand it better. I have problems for others I work out if I see your steps to help with those too. The following diagram http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n91/ady2066/backstop.jpg
You need to find the hypotenuse (sp?) Triangles: c ² = a ² + b ² = c ² (6.5) ² + (24 2 / 3) c ² = Sqrt ((6.5) ² + (24 2 / 3) ²) So the total manifold is 2 * c + 2 * (24 2 / 3) + 6.5 and the area of the triangle is 1 / 2 * Base * height = 1 / 2 * (24 2 / 3) * 6.5 You need two areas triangle to the screen. Does this help?
