Where are you suppose to release the ball in fastball?
im jus starrtin height for the team and then I throw like 2strikes 3balls and kepp doing that is there and countin ofr advice as a video because I want to be better ….. do u have any techniques I can try as …. Thank you …
Depending on what you pitch a fastball if it's typical you should be releasing about the length of your hip, depending on your size as your exit point, it depends on what suits you best.
