Periods (for women)!?
Women, how many times you get your period? Just wondering because I heard that some women [mostly Athletics] have their rules just a few months per year. I get mine every month. I never get my period at the same time, it is always earlier or later than the month before, but once a month, I get it. . Does this mean that I have irregular periods? Is there something wrong?
your right, many athletes dont get their period every month, or stop having them because their body may suffer from malnutrition. They all need vitamins for themselves and can not share with the baby. I have my rules as you do. its every month but I can not not say when. her, more than 28 days or less. its irregular, and it is perfectly normal. some girls know exactly when it happens because a certain day every month. it would be nice to have .. but you just go to deal with what you got.
