What is a good ankle brace that I can use while playing sports?
I recently fractured my ankle playing basketball and it is now almost completely healed. I was thinking of buying a brace that I could wear while playing basketball to prevent the injury from happening again. I was wondering if anyone knows which brace would be best for my situation. I was looking at Mueller Sports Medicine braces (http://www.muellersportsmed.com/ankleproducts.htm) and any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
For basketball the best kind are the lace up ones with the straps. ASO and McDavid are the most popular ones for basketball players.
