How can I train for baseball season next year?

After watching the Phillies won the World Series (Rays got what they deserve), made me think that during the offseason which should start training for the qualifiers for my baseball team High School. Any good advice about how to get in shape for baseball season? FYI I live in Illinois, so it is a winter if I live.

Doing weight training and conditioning such as running. Play the ball and make a long mix. To strengthen the triceps forearms, shoulders, back, your core, quadriceps, calves and hamstrings. Go to the batting cages, hit a tee, do some of my mixes. If you intend to play a position other than pitcher, you can catch grounders and fly balls. Practice a lot and hard work.
